WebDec 16, 2009 · I use Crystal 2008. When I refresh a report, I need to enter the fiscal year and the ending date in MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss format. I've never had a problem until recently I started getting the error: "A month number must between a number between 1 and 12" Plus, for some reason it asks me to enter the same values twice.
